We're baa-ack! Hair of the Dog, the most rockingest bar on the playa,
takes over the Connecticut fucking Yankmee in SF for another evening of dancing
and merry-making on Saturday, Feb. 9.

The evening will feature live music from HOTD house bands:

The Reverberators
Curly
And the first live performance of Larry: The Musical

Performances start around 10pm. Come out early if you want a good dinner. The Yankee serves up some great grub.

Come on out and support local music and the camp that has been bringing live music to the playa since 2000!

Curly played on top of the A Cavallo mutant vehicle this year, and there was a camera crew milling around and filming the construction of the vehicle while we were setting up.

Burning Man 2006

Yo, we're heading home next week to do our annual tour of Black Rock City venues.

We are playing at Center Camp at 11:30pm on Tuesday night. Yes, we actually got a Center Camp gig this year. I can already taste the fear.

Other than that, we'll be at our usual stomping grounds at the The Hair of the Dog Lounge, somewhere out by the 4:30 plaza. We'll be there all week.

This is how I remember it. Burning Man 2002, the Hair of the Dog Lounge. Poodles and I wanted to play so we asked Billy to join us. I spent about 15 minutes charting songs for Billy right before we took to the stage, and then we rocked the Dog. The Time Warp set closer was monumental.

After that we played at Lisapalooza and more times at Burning Man. Curly has been on hiatus since their last performance at Lisapalooza 7 in October of 2004.

What else am I forgetting?
